Self Cleaning Cross-Flow Microfiltration
The filtration systems are designed for flow rates from 5 to 200 m3/hr. It is distinguished by its ability to operate with relatively high solids loadings up to 1,000 mg/l with filtration capabilities in the 0.5 to 20 µm particulates.
For perspective, most other products in this class operate with less than 50 mg/l loadings. The elements and housings are steel and can be made with chloride corrosion resistant alloys. Although such performance can have opportunities in many markets, thus far, the most pull has been from marine & power generation flue gas and upstream oil and gas applications.
